PRODUCT SHIPPING


All TRIGON products, purchased from the official website(www.trigonbike.com), will be shipped by FedEx or DHL express Door-To-Door delivery.
 
TRIGON products currently only ship to the UK, Germany, Spain, Italy and France. If you would like to purchase TRIGON goods but your country is not included in the above list, please feel free to contact sales@trigonbike.com.

TRIGON reserves the right to change or edit the policy without notification.


Delivery normally takes 15-20 working days after we received the order(Payment completed). We will send an email with a tracking number to you after your order has been shipped.
You can use the tracking number to track the shipping status.

After you receive your order, please check the package to see if it's damaged ASAP. Please report to the delivery company (FedEx or DHL) about the damage condition within 24 hours if the package confirmed damaged. The delivery company will assist you with the damage evaluation. If you want to return the order back to us, make sure all the documents of purchasing and the report of the package damage are all including in the original package and contact us via the service@trigonbike.com before the return.

 

SHIPPING, DUTIES, TAX AND RELATED COST

 
Please note that all TRIGON products’ prices are including Tax and Shipping. When you complete the payment, you completed the tax and related cost, too. Kindly remind that the Prices displayed on the product’s pages is not the final payments, this price list is only including the shipping cost. The final payment will be added the related TAX to it (e.g. UK customers will need to pay an extra 20% TAX of the products, customers have the responsibility to pay the related TAX). TRIGON door-to-door delivery including customs clearance. So you don’t need to worry about how to deal with the customs and prepare lots of documents, we will do it for you. You just relax at home and wait for the delivery call.
